House extension in Erdington
Photographed from the first survey visit through to handover.
The job
A rear extension in Erdington, with a new kitchen.
We cleared the ground, dug the footings and built the blockwork walls with the openings in place. The slab went down, the roof joists went on with roof windows, and then it was plastered and the floor laid.
The finished room has a kitchen with an island, and a dining area by the doors onto the garden.
