The job
A loft conversion on a terraced house in Bounds Green, north London. We built a full-width rear dormer and fitted wide glazing across the back.
The new floor joists went in to our structural engineer's design. Then came the dormer roof, the stud walls and the plasterboard.
The finished loft has a bedroom and a bathroom under a roof window, with a freestanding bath and a walk-in shower. The photographs follow the job from the bare loft to the finished rooms.
