Everything we’d otherwise send you in a pile of emails, kept in one place and up to date. You can look whenever you like, without waiting for us to reply.
Sign in with just your email
There's no password to remember. Enter the email address we have for you and we send you a six-digit code, or tap the button in the email to go straight in. It works on your phone and your computer, in a light or a dark theme.
All your quotes on one page
Every quote for your project sits together, from the main build to the boiler or the loft, in the order we suggest doing the work. Each one shows its total with and without VAT, and the portal adds them up for you. You can see when a quote is finished without having to chase us.

Each quote in full
Open any quote to see every item and what it includes. The optional extras, the exclusions and notes, the payment terms and the terms and conditions are all there too. Download it as a PDF quote, with our letterhead, whenever you want a copy.
Approve a quote online
Happy with a quote? Press Approve, tick any optional extras you want, type your name and confirm. We're told straight away and we'll be in touch to book you in for the proposed start date. You approve one exact version of the quote, so the price you approve is the price you pay. If a quote changes after you've approved it, you'll be asked to look at the new version first.
Your timeline
Each quote shows a proposed start date, how many weeks the work takes and when we expect to finish. Below that is the full programme as a chart of every stage, which you can open full screen. Building Control inspections are marked where your job needs them.
Your payments
The payment schedule shows what's due and when, week by week. Nothing is due until you approve a quote, and there's no deposit. Once the job starts, it shows what you've paid and what's still to pay.
Your choices
We suggest finishes on top of the build, such as flooring, tiles and paint. Each one comes with a picture, so you can look through them at home and tell us what you like.
Every document about your build
Drawings, planning papers, the building notice and other Building Control papers, the drainage survey, structural calcs and certificates all sit in one place. You'll also find our insurance policies and what recent clients said about us.
The same portal during the build
Once we start, your quote becomes your job and you keep the same login. The timeline and payments follow the live job, including what's been paid, so you can see where things stand at any time.

How a quote looks in your portal
A made-up rear extension, to show the idea. Your own portal shows your quotes, your dates and your figures.
No deposit. Weekly in arrears. All of it written down.
You never pay ahead of the work. Each Friday you pay for what was built that week. The portal shows the whole schedule before you agree to anything, so nothing comes as a surprise.

Questions about the client portal
Yes. It comes with every quote we send, at no cost to you.
No. It's a website, portal.promaester.com. Open it in the browser on your phone or computer.
We email you an invite when your quote is ready to see. Tap the link and you're in. After that, go to portal.promaester.com and sign in with a code we email you.
Yes. You sign in with a code sent to your own email, and you only see your own project. Nobody else can see your quotes.
Yes, if you'd like. We invite them with their own email address and they sign in the same way. Nobody gets in unless we invite them.
