Loft conversion in Bromsgrove

The job
This was a loft conversion on a semi-detached house in Bromsgrove. We built a rear dormer to get standing height, and turned the roof space into a bedroom with an en-suite.
The bedroom has storage built into the eaves, so the low space at the edges of the room isn't wasted. The en-suite has a freestanding bath and green herringbone tiles. A new staircase comes up from the floor below, lit by a roof window, and the new doors are oak.
We photographed the whole job as it went, from the empty loft through the dormer build to the finished rooms, so it's a good one to look through if you're planning a loft yourself.
