House refurbishment in Solihull

Photographed from the first survey visit through to handover.

The job

A house in Solihull, taken back and redone room by room.

In the kitchen we took out the arch between two rooms to make one kitchen-diner, built to a kitchen designer's drawing. The lounge with the bay window was replastered and has a new herringbone floor.

In the bedroom the old wardrobes and wallpaper came out, and new full-wall wardrobes and carpet went in. The bathroom has a freestanding bath, a shower enclosure, a towel rail and a new floor.

There are photographs before, during and after, so you can compare the rooms as they were with how they finished.
